Sequence is seeking an Environmental Planner to prepare and manage CEQA/NEPA environmental documents related to community and infrastructure development projects throughout the southern California region. The ideal individual will have 5 to 10 years of CEQA/NEPA compliance experience in relation to community and infrastructure development projects; ranging from transportation, industrial, residential, commercial to mixed use and retail development. Possessing a strong track record in managing projects from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in scope; preparing budgets, developing scopes of work, maintaining schedules, overseeing technical work and mentoring staff as needed. Previous experience working with regulatory agencies at the federal, state and local levels, as well as, fostering client relationships are required. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Biology or related discipline. Masters degree and/or AICP registration is desired.
