JMorton is a planning and landscape architecture firm that services residential and commercial builders and developers. The firm works on a wide range of projects including master plans for large tracts of land, site plans for residential, commercial and civil parcels as well as landscape plans for entry features, pools and hardscape design. This person will assist Project Managers in preparation of site plans for submittals to government agencies. Daily activities include: preparation of conceptual site plans; modification of plans based on Project Manager’s red line, government comments, input from client, etc.; preparation of graphics and PowerPoint presentations; and, attendance at government review meetings.
